Permission to use and make one backup copy of the contents of the purchased Colorado Hockey Institute, LLC software, templates, stencils, documents and files (collectively referred to hereafter as the “software”) is hereby granted subject to the user (hereafter referred to as “you / your”) upon condition that you accept the terms of the following license.

Your use of the software indicates your acceptance of all the terms of the license agreement.

You shall not distribute the software or any part thereof. The Colorado Hockey Institute, LLC provides the software “as is” without any express or implied warranty. There is no warranty that the information contained in this product is complete or accurate. The publisher and it’s agents shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever regardless of resulting from negligence, accident, or any other cause whatsoever. You assume the entire risk of using the software.
